Braves Home Opener

Baseball season has begun, and the Braves came home on the 8th of April to their first game at Turner Field for the season.

MARTA is bringing back their Braves shuttle from the Five Points Station, so it's easy to get to the stadium. We also like the brisk 30-minute walk from the Pencil Factory Flats & Shops, especially after grabbing a meal at The Beignet Connection (the better to soak up the ballpark libations, right?).

Of course, as hip young urbanites, we can't just buy any Braves mercy. Turns out the dudes fromEsperanza ATL have printed up some sick new tomahawk chop shirts, which they'll be selling along with a new take on their signature foam hands. Follow them on Twitter @EsperanzaATL to find out where to grab your Braves gear before the game starts.

See you at the game, y'all.
