How about a glass of wine with your panini?

That’s a question you just might hear moving forward at Inman Perk Coffee.   As you may already know, the N. Highland Steel coffee shop known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious coffee, pastries and sandwiches got its liquor license in August.   Since then, they have been serving a small selection of bottled beer, but online Atlanta business publication, What Now, Atlanta, reported yesterday that the hot spot is building a separate bar area to accommodate likely future offerings including draft beer, wine and liquor.

We don’t know exactly when the new bar will open or when the new beverages will appear on the menu, but we do know this addition will only make one of our favorite spots even better.

If you haven’t ever been to Inman Perk Coffee, you really should check it out.  And if you want to check it out right now, you can (kind of) do that, too!   The coffee shop/bar recently took advantage of Google Maps’ new 360 degree inside places view allowing users to get a complete picture of the inside of locations my dragging their mouse or clicking arrows that appear within the image.  It’s really pretty amazing.  So you should for sure take a look, but you’ll have to stop by on your own two feet to truly experience this Atlanta gem.
