We recently had an intown Atlanta neighborhood mixer at the Pencil Factory Flats & Shops:

That's just our huge resort-style pool. Surrounding by cabanas that our residents can use happily. All within walking distance of Georgia State University and downtown Atlanta, with immediate MARTA access. The apartments? Our kitchens have granite counters, stainless appliances, tile back splashes and espresso wood cabinetry and warm hardwood flooring. Luxurious baths, big bedrooms, even cool loft spaces. With cool shops and restaurants just downstairs.
