Pencil Factory Welcomes Two New Team Members
Pencil Factory is proud to welcome two brand new team members to our already amazing team of Tiffany, Matt and Dan.
Christopher Gilliam, Leasing Agent, has joined Perennial Properties from Alliance Residential. He has several years experience in the apartment rental business and will bring a creative new marketing edge to our office.
Clifford "Cliff" Green, Maintenance Technician, joined us and has worked for several different property management companies and has direct experience in the Downtown/Midtown Atlanta sub-market.
