Visit the Historic Fourth Ward Park with Kwanza Hall
Happy first day of Spring, everyone! We hope you're enjoying this gorgeous weather! We all loveKwanza Hall here at ATL Intown Living, so we wanted to let you know about something awesome that happened this past Saturday...because it will be happening again this Saturday.
You, yes you, have the opportunity to meet Atlanta City Councilman (and our favorite local government figure) Kwanza Hall for coffee and doughnuts in the new Historic Fourth Ward Parkand then accompany District 2's political rockstar on a tour of the grounds. In an announcement issued last week, Councilman Hall said:
There is so much good news coming from the Old Fourth Ward these days. During the worst recession that most of us have lived through, this neighborhood has been bustling with new development, new residents, new green space, and dynamic restaurants and retail. Three years after the completion of our master planning process for the neighborhood, we wanted to give neighbors and friends of the Old Fourth Ward a chance to be inspired by our hard work as a community.
Take one on March 19 was apparently great fun, so if you missed it, join us this Saturday at 10 AM to have a coffee and a tour with Hall. Check out the city's tweetingest councilman for more news and fun stuff around town.
