Welcome to the Perennial Resident Center. We understand you don’t always have time to visit us in the leasing office, so we wanted to make it easy for you to accomplish many of the same tasks in this section. In the Resident Center, you can pay your rent, request work orders, gain access to local resources and view career opportunities. As a benefit to Perennial residents, many of our neighboring retailers have provided discounts that you can redeem using your Perennial Perks card.
